I am a primary care provider and nurse practitioner operating out of Central Minnesota. I started my own direct primary care clinic, Well & Company, back in 2020. We opened our second location in 2023.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative approach to healthcare that puts the emphasis back on the patient-provider relationship. We believe in longer patient visits, increased access to providers, and cost transparency. An affordable monthly membership fee allows DPC providers to work for their patients rather than for insurance companies.
In today’s world, traditional healthcare has shifted to disease management rather than solving chronic diseases. We believe in treating the source and helping our patients live long and healthy lives.

When I started out in this field, I felt completely alone. There were no resources or guides to help me along my way. That is my motivation in creating this course- to provide you the tools I didn’t have.
